KKR plans to invest Rs. 520 crore in Kwality

US private equity firm KKR is planning to invest Rs. 520 crore in Kwality Ltd, through structured debt instruments, according to reports.
Report says that the company will use part of the proceeds to meet capital expenditure for further strengthening milk procurement infrastructure.
Kwality Ltd ended at Rs. 111.25, up by Rs. 0.1 or 0.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 111.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 111.9 and touched a high and low of Rs. 113.6 and Rs. 109.65 respectively. A total of 987491(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2606.3 crore.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 touched a 52 week high of Rs. 153.7 on 28-Dec-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 62.4 on 26-Aug-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 113.8 and Rs. 108.8 respectively.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.95 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.8 % and 33.26 % respectively.
The stock traded below its 50 DMA.
